Ordering is straightforward:

Minimum order quantity, delivery and terms & conditions:

Our minimum order value is £50 and our minimum quantities per item are:

500g for dried herbs, spices and botanicals

5kg for freshly-harvested herbs

100g for essential oils/liquids

Orders are normally packed and despatched within 5 working days

Our couriers DPD deliver next day to most UK mainland addresses

If you have an urgent order we can normally offer a priority packing and despatch service for an additional £8.50 plus VAT. This means that your order will be packed and despatched the same day, provided that we receive your order by 12 noon

Delivery is free of charge to most mainland UK addresses for orders over £300 from our published pricelist

All other quoted prices are EXW unless otherwise specified

We are happy for our customers to arrange collection with their own freight agents or couriers if they would prefer. Our opening hours and directions can be found here
